Is there somewhere where I can view the products? No, we do not have a retail outlet. However we readily refund or replace goods if you are not satisfied with the quality, and are more than happy to answer your questions regarding the products. Do I have to order on-line? No, if you prefer to discuss your requirements or provide Credit Card details by phone, please feel free to give us a call. You can also fax or post your order to us. How much does delivery cost? Delivery within New Zealand is $6 per order for everywhere except Rural Delivery areas (delivery to these areas is $9). The cost to deliver overseas is dependant upon the weight and destination of the goods. It is automatically calculated as you proceed through the checkout process, and you will be able to see how much the delivery cost is, prior to finalising your order and payment. Is an invoice sent out with the goods? No, we do not attach or include an invoice. The purchaser will get a copy via email as part of the online purchase process. The only documentation with the goods, is the delivery note which shows the recipient address and our contact details. What if I am disappointed with the goods? We take great care to supply quality goods packaged well. However if you are disappointed with the quality or condition of your gifts, we will happily return or refund your goods. (See the 'Customer Service' section for more details). Do you charge GST for exports (goods leaving NZ)? No, if the delivery address of your order is to a country other than NZ, GST will not be charged. (See the 'Customer Service' section for more details.) |
