Some goods cannot be sent to some international destinations, and will be rejected at customs. While we will endeavour to identify potential problems prior to dispatch, and will contact you, we are not responsible should this occur The purchaser is also responsible for any tariffs or other charges which may very occasionally be levied by NZ or foreign customs.


Our product prices as shown include GST (Goods and Services Tax). However, items we dispatch to locations outside of New Zealand are zero-rates for GST, meaning GST is not chargeable.

Prices will be reduced accordingly on your invoice. To calculate the GST component of a product price, divide the price shown by 7.665. Please note the overseas freight costs as calculated by the website are not inclusive of GST.


Dispatch Time Frames
Dispatches are normally within 36 hours of ordering. You will be contacted if dispatch will be longer than five days from order.

Delivery Method and Charges
New Zealand Deliveries are charged at $6.50 per order for delivery throughout New Zealand. Delivery is via courier and will not be made to post office boxes. All deliveries must be signed for. Please note the cost will be $9.00 for delivery to a Rural Delivery Area. Couriers usually deliver on weekdays, and do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Dispatches to addresses outside New Zealand
Cost of dispatches to addresses outside of New Zealand are based upon the product’s weight and the destination country. This amount will be shown in the shopping cart once the destination country is selected.

We post the items on your behalf with New Zealand Post.

We do insure the goods against loss or damage, and in the unlikely event that the goods suffer loss or damage we will refund or replace the goods.

N.B. We act as your agents in posting your purchased goods. We are not responsible for any delays caused by Customs in the recipient country, nor any failure in the delivery process. Nor are we responsible for any import levies or charges imposed in the recipient county, (which the recipient may be required to pay) prior to the goods being delivered.

Your Responsibilities
1. To Ensure the delivery address is full and correct; the customer will be charged for redelivery costs if this information is supplied incorrectly. 2. To ensure that the address is somewhere that someone will be able to accept delivery of the parcel with a signature. 3. Once a parcel has been delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the addressee. New Zealand Showcase Ltd will not be responsible for items that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery.

The client is required to advise New Zealand Showcase Ltd if a parcel has not been delivered when expected. A delayed delivery does not constitute a reason to cancel an order, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage ensuing from a late or missing delivery.

Please note we will do everything possible to ensure all deliveries are made in a timely fashion.


Should you have any reason to be dissatisfied with the items supplied, the goods must be returned within 30 days from receipt of delivery. You will be entitled to either a replacement item, or a refund via the original purchase method. However we will not replace or refund goods that go missing when being returned.

Please note the following requirements must be met:
  • You must obtain, complete and supply a Goods Return Form with the goods
  • The goods must be carefully repackaged in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit
  • Goods must be unopened, unused and complete.
  • We must receive the goods with 30days of the client taking delivery of them.
Faulty Goods

Should the goods become faulty within 30 days of the goods being delivered, we will happily replace the item at no charge to you. You will be required to package the item so as to prevent any damage in transit and fill in a Goods Return Form as above. We will arrange for the collection and return of the goods. Should the fault occur if longer than 30 days after delivery, you will be directed to contact the manufacturer directly, and make your claim directly with them.
